ToggleSpotAlert プライバシーポリシー
SpotAlert（以下「本アプリ」）は、じゃぱたびっくす（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリケーションです。本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、スポット近接通知機能のため、端末の位置情報を取得します。取得した位置情報はすべて端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへの送信は一切行いません。
2. 情報の利用目的
取得した位置情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。
・登録スポットへの接近を検知し通知を送信するため
・登録スポットの住所・地名を取得するため（Apple CLGeocoder使用）
3. 第三者への提供
本アプリは、広告SDK・アクセス解析ツール等の第三者サービスを一切利用しておらず、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
4. データの保存
スポットデータ・探知ログ・設定情報等はすべて端末内（SwiftData / UserDefaults）に保存されます。アプリを削除することで、すべてのデータが消去されます。
5. サブスクリプション（アプリ内課金）
本アプリはAppleのStoreKit 2を使用したサブスクリプション課金機能を提供しています。課金情報はAppleが管理しており、開発者がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報にアクセスすることはありません。サブスクリプションの状態（有効/無効）は端末内でのみ確認・保存されます。
6. 位置情報の「常に許可」について
本アプリはバックグラウンドでのスポット近接通知のため、位置情報の「常に許可」を必要とします。位置情報は近接検知の計算にのみ使用し、端末外に送信することはありません。この権限はiOSの設定からいつでも変更できます。

SpotAlert Privacy Policy
SpotAlert (“the App”) is an iOS application provided by japatabix (“the Developer”). This policy describes how we handle your information.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects your device’s location data to provide proximity notifications for registered spots. All location data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.
2. Purpose of Use
Location data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Detecting proximity to your registered spots and sending notifications
- Obtaining addresses and place names for registered spots (using Apple CLGeocoder)
3. Third-Party Sharing
The App does not use any third-party services such as advertising SDKs or analytics tools. Your information is never shared with third parties.
4. Data Storage
All data including spots, detection logs, and settings is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults. Deleting the app removes all data.
5. Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)
The App offers subscription-based in-app purchases through Apple’s StoreKit 2. Payment information is managed entirely by Apple; the Developer does not have access to credit card numbers or other payment details. Subscription status (active/inactive) is verified and stored only on your device.
6. “Always Allow” Location Access
The App requires “Always Allow” location access to deliver proximity notifications while running in the background. Location data is used exclusively for proximity detection calculations and is never transmitted outside your device. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
